In math right now we are learning about different strategies to solve addition problems. One strategy that we have talked a lot about is using our doubles facts to solve problems. We have been doing a fun little doubles rap in our classroom that we wanted to share with you!

This would be a good little song to sing with them at home so they can get even more practice learning their doubles facts!

The dragon stopped by and we made him pose for a picture.

Mrs. Hensley visits our classroom once a month to do a GT activity with the students. This month, she put some different colored paint on a white piece of paper and folded it. When she opened it back up, she told the students to look at it from different angles and tell what they saw. Here are a few pics from that day!
